The organization runs comprehensive programs covering psychological, social, and economic needs, offering rehabilitation, psychosocial and educational support, urgent and seasonal aid, to restore hope, dignity, and enable long-term stability.

Roots & Wings is a licensed humanitarian non-profit supporting women, children, and youth through educational and social programs in Austria and crisis-affected countries.
In Austria, we offer language cafés (Sprachcafés), tutoring for children (Nachhilfe), and useful cooking workshops for women. We also distribute regular aid at refugee centers.
Outside Austria, we join European programs like Erasmus+, support children psychologically and educationally, run literacy courses for women, and launch urgent relief campaigns in emergencies.
We deeply believe every person, anywhere, has the right to roots that provide safety, and wings that enable them to pursue their dreams with confidence.
